How to pause

  1. Log in at hola.brandcasa.io.
  2. Go to billing in your dashboard.
  3. Pause your subscription.

How billing works

  • Your pause starts at the end of your current billing period, so you get the days you’ve already paid for.
  • Billing stops while you’re paused.
  • Stay paused as long as you need.

What stays while you’re paused

  • Your Brand DNA keeps your history intact.
  • Your files stay available, and nothing expires.
  • Your files stay yours.

Coming back

When it’s busy again, resume from billing in your dashboard. Your new billing period starts the day you resume, and your first request back starts from your Brand DNA, the same as every request.
