• Brand Casa provides unlimited design and marketing services under a subscription model.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws.
• Abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity will result in account termination.
• Plans are billed monthly, and payments are non-refundable after work has begun.
• You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Service Delivery
• We work on a certain amount of deliverable requests at a time ,depending on your plan, and typically deliver within 2-3 business days, depending on complexity.
• Revisions are unlimited, but turnaround times may vary based on workload.
Intellectual Property
• Once work is delivered, you own full rights to the final creative assets.
• Brand Casa reserves the right to showcase projects for portfolio purposes unless a written NDA is signed.
Limitation of Liability
Brand Casa is not responsible for indirect damages, lost revenue, or any issues caused by the implementation of creative assets.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
