When to upgrade

• Your queue grows faster than it empties.
• You’re shipping on more than one front at once.
• You want a dedicated creative director (Dos and Tres) or quarterly strategy sessions (Tres).

When to downgrade

If things slow down, move to a plan with fewer requests at a time. If it’s quiet for a while, you can pause instead.

How to change plans

1. Log in at hola.brandcasa.io.
2. Go to billing in your dashboard.
3. Pick your new plan and confirm.

When it takes effect

• Upgrades start right away. You pay the difference for the rest of your current billing period.
• Downgrades start on your next billing date. Until then, you keep everything on your current plan.
• Rather not do it yourself? Message your team in the Request Hub and we’ll change it for you.
